The yellow, blue, green and pink (which is what you use for neutrals) masks are available for purchase with donation points. The red mask is awarded during completion of the main game, I forget for winning which battle. Hope this helps.

You get the red mask when you win the Champions Tournament on the BBBrifade base island after you've completed the three battle Royale tournaments.

I think you get the Red one after beating pauleen.
