Its at rainbow canyon BUT in the bare baones grotto I'm sure I found alot of nuetrul fossills there I havent clened them yet but I'm sure there allo fossills
Well, you CAN find him in Treasure Lake, but it's pretty rare. My suggestion is to look in the BB Grotto in Rainbow Canyon.
He is in the barebones grotto in rainbow canyon
