You use a gold fossil on anato to get teffla.
I don't know how to get the others.
U-Raptor is in the pay-to-dig site at Hot Springs Heights.
V-Raptor is in the pay-to-dig site at Rainbow Canyon, green section.
Oh wait-- not anato--
You use the gold fossil on aeros. Sorry.
You get papygon when you use it on anato.
