If I evolve say a stego with a gold fossil and I dig up stego fossil parts not already Incorporated in the evolved stego will they be put on the evolved dino?

Yes-any parts for the pre-evolved form will add to the evolved form if the superevolver is in your dino medal HOLDER. You can also bank a dino-either the evolved form or the original form and build up a new version of the same dino, and then, when forming a team, you can pull from both your holder and your bank.
