I have the answer. You have to face facts that you cannot obtain this vivosaur. Because remember, after Bullwort was arrested, that vivosaur blew up. Sorry it was not positive...
U can get him by beating the game and defeating saurhead and vs him n 3 rounds but it's pretty hard on the third round
