Problem with Ar Code !!!

Hello this message is here to ask about the fish tycoon ar code. For some reason I cannot use it I have been able to put the ar code in my cheat file. I can see the actual cheat to activate it. But when I enter the game I don't know what to do ??? Do I have to press a certain button??? Please give me a complete walkthrough of how you get the cheat to work!!

if you could tell me how to use the code as well...that would be awesome...i enable the cheat, but when you go into the game, it doesn't work!!!
