Does anyone know if you can get General Camus and how? Also can you get that manakete khozen on that one chapter near the beginning of the game?

No you can't I have tried with literally every character up to that point. Sorry I was saddened by this to but cheer up at least there is Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn it.......is.........AWESOME!!!!!!!!
