Alright, I will see if I can help you out some. If I remember correctly, there is a gate or Two on the level that you can use to summon more monsters whenever the ones you have out get killed or vanquished. What I would do is send all of my monsters to take out the boss, and maybe send either One character, or Two characters. When the monsters from your side get killed, then you can simply summon more, and send them with the others to kill the boss. If there is a Crystal there, then I suggest that you position your people around the Crystal to protect it. Just keep fighting, and make sure that Penelo stays alive so that she can heal your other characters.
