Where do you find all of the Scion accessories? I already have the Earrings of the Dead, High Seraph's Plume, and the Gigas Pendant, but I can't seem to find the rest of them.
Also, what's with those weird little statues underneath the Grimoire of the Rift at the Top screen? A statue of Monteblanc appeared after I beat the Flowsand Lord, and another one of two little Black Mage moogles appeared after I beat the mission where you get the special card to defend your judge from battles against Illua. Do they hold any significance, or are they just for decoration?

I don't know about the scion accessories, since I have only just got the Earrings of the dead. The statues though are just for decoration and as far as I can tell one is unlocked after ever 50 quests (main or side) you complete.

The scions accessories are given when you complete a mission that has soemthing to do with the story and the statue are accoplishment
I think you get the scion accsesories for completing the various town cups like: moorabella cup, camoa cup, goug cup
Scions: Complete: The First Step -> The Next Step -> A Step Further -> The Last Step. Camoa Cup(Silversun) -> Grazton Cup(Ashleaf) -> Moorabella Cup(Mistleaf) -> Fluorgis Cup(Emberleaf) -> Goug Cup(Plumfrost)-> Loar Cup(Located at Moorabella Pub) -> Ordalia Cup(Located at Fluorgis Pub)
As for the card, You have to complete the quest: I've Benn Had! Kupo! After the quest a old nu mou will give you the card.
What are all the scion things tho because I have 12 is that all of them?
You get the scions after completing big chains of quests finish issues wiht Duelhown beat Cinqluer for the last time all but the last cup and mabe some others get you the scions
