Clan Members

It's really easy actually. Some races you won't be able to get until later in the game, but here is a list of where you go and what race you get there:

Hume- Targ wood (at the begining of the year in the game calander)

Viera- Camoa (after the second moon stone quest) (during Autumn/Ashleaf, Mistleaf, Emberleaf)

Bangaa- Baptiste Hill (in spring/Greenfire, Bloodfire, Rosefire)

Nu mou- Grazton/Morabella (spring/early summer/the fire months and Coppersun, Goldsun, Silversun)

Seeq- Aldanna Range (around the game calender year end)

Gria-Fluorgis

You'll see a qeustion mark icon on the map. If it says "Wanted: Clan! Prospective clan member!" then you have yourself a new recruite. I got all this info from in game Rumors, but I put down the in game moths to make it easier. Hope this was helpful!

Also adding on to Absol Master's post, I'm quite sure that after every quest that you do, you should be able to recruit another clan member. Also there is a mission you take entitled 'Clan Mates'. When you take this mission it will be in Targ Wood. You have to answer a series of questions based on what you think the team needs. After that you will be reccommended a player. If you decline him or her then you may try the questions all over again. But you may only try it 3 times, and after that the guy goes away because he failed in finding you a member.

Continue with the story than at some part (beginging of the game)you will see question mark go there and there you go

Adding to Absol Master and Master Pika's posts, later in the game, A Thief: Adelle, Cid, A Sky Pirate: Vaan, A Dancer: Penelo, An Agent: Al-Cid(Not Cid's Brother!), A Bard: Hurdy and A Black Mage: Montblanc will also join your clan. So remember to make some space for them! Together they take up 7 spaces.

It's actually really easy to do.

I don't know the exact locations where you can find new recruits but I do know that new people will join your squad the better your team stats are
