Sorry CardinalFan2u, but you are wrong. I've beat the game and what you have to do is use toad and then move forward (right) untill the area changes. WARNING: Remove toad after moving, the enemies are very strong against weak or toaded parties.

If you are using an AR, put the "status always normal" code off for all four characters. Also, when you are using the toad magic, make sure all party members are turned to toads, not just your first character.
