Question for Final Fantasy III

I need to know where to get the following items:
1]Genji helm
2]Genji armor
3]Protect Ring

Ok you need the invincible to go over the mountain ranges east of the map
And go over the mountain ranges after the maze you find a cave in there
Are all the genji armor (and some weapons for dark knights)
And I think the protect ring is in there to (i can't rember)

The Genji armour is in the cave (to get to it do what fox said) and you get the protect ring in the Crystal Tower. There might be one in the cave but I found mine in the Crystal Tower.
