Hey it's me again!
I found out what I can do to revive my characters without Pheonix Down.
But, I have an other problem. I'm against the Boss, Salamander, and I just can't seem to defeat him!
If someone could give me the amount of HP he has and his weakness, I wwould really appreciate it!

http://forums.supercheats.com/topic.php?topic=42613 that has the answer to how to defeat the salamander...althoughh I don't believe it has weakness/HP...you'll probably have to get an official guide book to find that out
But that should give you the gizt of how to defeat the overgron lizard
The Salamander has 5700 HP. His weakness is ice/water. To beat him, I would recommend using blizzara and ice attack items like arctic/antarctic wind.
