Question for Final Fantasy III

I need to find the Legendary Smith for Sara's Mognet sidequest and to recieve Lv 99 Job accessories. I've been told Northeastern Saronia but she isn't there. If there is any more Mognets I need to accomplish tell those, too.

She travels from city to city the easyest way (also one of the longest) to find her is to go to saronia and go to one city search for her if shes not there go to the closest saronia city to the one your in if shes not there go back to the other one (keep repeating untel you find her) it's because that she goes to a diffrent town every time you go into a town that it's so hard to find her
