How do I cast "toad"

You have to be at level 10 and have either a white mage or a red mage to cast it in the begginnig of the game.
If you are trying to cast toad for the Tower of Owen, make sure that "mini" is also reversed. Then go to your Menu screen. On the right hand corner click "Magic", then select the character that has learned Toad. Then after that, go to the bottom where it says "All Party Members" then you can reverse toad when you get to the second level of the tower to continue battling. Level 15 is a good place to be when going to the tower.
HE IS RIGHT! MINI HAS TO BE REVERSED IN ORDER FOR THE CAST FROG!!!!!!!! I REPEAT MINI HAS TO BE "REVERSED" MEANING YOU HAVE TO BE BIG IN ORDER TO CAST TOAD!!!!
