I need to get to Tozus but for some reason I'm unable to use Level 2 magic! Everyone in my party is a job Level 99 White Mage (also standard Level 99) and knows Mini. Someone please give me an Action Replay code for Mini status on my party or a trick to use the Level 2 spells.

You messed up your game, just restart and not use the regular level 99 cheat, (Job Level is fine).
