Well you might wanna use Arc as a Black Mage. If your stuck fighting this boss,bring a ton of healing stuff such as stuff to get rid of petrification,poisoning,or anything in that category. Also use Cure,Curaga,or Curaja when fighting a boss but if you don't have it,use an elixir.

This was my team when I beat her:
Luneth:lv. 15 freelancer (he was my curer with a serpent and salamander sword)
Arc: lv. 15 black mage (i used blizara, that deals like 500 HP!, and blizard, which was very usefull)
Refia: lv. 15 red mage (i used blizard and if you want you can use better attacks)
Ingus: lv. 15 monk (i equipped him with two sonic knuckles which was even better than luneth)
Also use good defensive equipment such as flaim mails and a mage robe, etc...
