I have already acquired Aria and I went back to the first continent to save my game. I left my boat on the coast East of the Village of the Ancients. I tried to re-embark onto my boat and it wont let me. What do I do? Can I reset the location of my boat somewhere else? Without my boat I cannot access the airship to travel to the other continent.

You have to keep going the direction of the boat i.e. It looks like you are trying to walk into the ocean. It's hard at first but you will get used to it.
I have the same problem as FilmOC. And trying to walk onto the boat the normal does not work. On the top screen world map the boat's location is correct. Any help?
