When I use mini it wont let me it just beeps beeps and beeps wont let me use it it in battles or out of battles please 2-3 weeks I been tryign to do this part!!

Tell me some details on where you're at, and why you need to cast mini, I'm in eureka and it would help me to think if I heard some familiar stuff!
Im having the same problem, all my characters are level 10, I've got loads of mini's from the gnome, so all my characters know the skill. Ive made my girl character into a white mage to see if that would work, but NO......
For you to use that spell you need a white mage or red mage ok
get three spells of mini then put one on your white mage then you should be able to use mini.
