Leave Biology and find the darkened room Emily refused to go down before. Go in and have Miles look around, close to the door you'll see a poster with a lightening bolt on it; touch it and Miles will comment on how you can now use the fusebox.
Exit out of Miles mode, leave the room and touch the fusebox to turn on the lights.
Turns out the room is a hallway; walk down it and walk through the door on the far end, you'll find yourself in the schoolyard.
