First, click on the rope dangling on the outside of the tree house in the twisted garden. When Emily says she can't reach it, it should go to the puzzle where you fix the ladder.After that, Emily says the rope is still to short.Go to Sir Horlodg, the clock, And he will say he has no rope, but you can take pendulum from him, but you have to solve a puzzle. The answer to it is 21. Then, click on the well.You'll know what do from there.
