Put wrench beside where you connect shower head

Put showerhead next to shower pole and then put wrench beside showerhead, this act as if it tightening showerhead...

found the showerhead at last. use the key to open the cupboard under the sink. the showerhead is in there add it to your inventory that drag that and the wrench to the shower
