I can't figure out how to switch to a different character I created under my son's original hero. I went to the Creation Hall, but can't pull the other hero up. Please help!! Thanx a ton.

There`s a button next to your caracter at the creation hall and to switch to your other caracter your just tap the button next to the one you want
