help on boss stage deadwood

I am still stuck on this level myself. I know how to defeat the boss as my friend managed it but It ain't easy.
There are two stages to beating Deadwood:

Stage 1 - You see the acorns hanging from the platforms as you get higher and higher? You need to destroy all of them and you can only do this using your acorn gun. Jump and shoot while in mid-air. Some you can shoot from the platform. Each acorn takes about 3-4 shots to die. This is extremely dificult with deadwood ragging you down to the botton every few seconds and those darned bats. Try to dodge them or jump on them, don't waste your bullets.

Stage 2 - I am yet to reach this bit but I saw my friend do it. You have to avoid the shadow vnes and then when the shadow crawler appears, attack it with either remaining bullets or by jumping on it. Simple.

Deadwood should now be a dead peice of wood! Hope this helped.

You have to hit the acorn thingies hanging from the ledges then kill the shadow creature

Prt 1 I hard so just pause hold l1 and put in axbby so th bats won't have an affect on you as for prt 2 idk ijust got there
