I believer there is a cheat for money in the cheat section for this game, but if not the only other way is to keep doing levels over and over again.

My sister bought it and it's just a town where you can 'meet' the people who made the game. It also gives you extra lives ect. She said it's not worth it but I'm getting it anyway.
