Yes if it has a hp rulett it can go past it's max hp
But it could also go lower
Yes. Every monster has a cap for every different stat. The bigger the monster the higher the cap. A giant monster hp cap could be around 2300HP while a small mosnter at most will be 999HP.
*Stats gain by skills can pass the cap so you can use uber stat skills to gain 200+ in any stat you choose.
