How come the stone door is locked? It says it's locked then a soft moan is hheard on the other side

Youi need a the key that you get once you have completed solitares chalange that starts after you beat dr snapped. When you win you will get a key to that door.
Have you beat the game yet? If you have you get a key from solitaire, and that is what you need to open the door, but I don't know how to use it on the door because I can't put it in my hand
