I'm against the boss in the CELL HQ but I have a really weak team and keep getting beaten. I have a level 20 red dragon, a level 18 mum and a level 21 king slime. How do you synthesise to make high rank monsters or level up my current team without using a cheat system because I don't have one???

You can buy an action replay for ds and ds lite but not for DSi because the DSi max isn't out yet also try leveling up against monsters that are you level or a bit higher also try finding the skill seeds or whatever they are called to level up the hp attack.....etc. Other than that you can really do much or you can buy a flash disk or something like that off of eBay possibly and it has a ton of games with cheats already on there and I'm not talking about the ones that have like ten games and you can add games and codes to because it goes into a slot in the DSi and it's a micro SD but you would have to make a new file..... You prabably need the SD adapter too to make it fit.
You should try to get higher levels of monsters, and you should try teaching somthing the "warrior" skill, it should help with what I think your problem is

Get 4 jum's and combine 1 whit a nature one whit a beast and 1 whit a material family and you got a mum a boh a mum and a boe.
Combine this one's and you will get mumboh-jumboe
