I'm thinking you mean "caves," not caved, so...
The only way to get up there is if you ride the Starflight Express, which you will be able to pilot at the end of the main story.

This is the most detailed description I can give without giving away any spoilers:
After you beat the final boss, go to Porth Llaffan and speak to Jona to start the quest "Follow that Fish!".
When you finish the quest, you'll be able to use a whistle to summon and fly the Starflight Express and take it anywhere, including those areas you couldn't reach before.
