OK, so you have to have a Action Replay cartridge. You can buy one at Gamestop, Toys'r'us and other places. Then, hundreds of game cheats are open to you! All you have to do is make a new game cheat file, by tapping add game, or whatever it says at the top of the touch screen. Then, tap add cheat, type in the name of your cheat and then the code you find on the internet or somewhere else. Simple!
