I know where it is. Ill walk you through it. 1st go to Wormwood Creek and go 2 you're boat or blow Sterling's Whistle if you have control of the Starflight Express and go over to the cave where you fought Gadrongo don't go 2 the cave but you may c a little island on your map. Go 2 dat island and you will find a red sign. U have to fail the mission and do it agen if you want 2 complete the quest because you read the 1st part on the front side of the sign go to Swinedimples Academy and talk 2 Marco and you fail. Do the quest agen but dis time read the front and back sign and talk 2 Marco and you will pass the 1st test.
