Did you make a mistake with the skill points or somthing? Anyway, If you have action Replay, and you have messed up with the skill points, why don't you just keep what you have, and use a skill point code to give your character infinite skill points or somthing? If you don't know what I mean, just use these codes I found...(BTW I do NOT take credit for these codes, all credit goes to CodeJunkies)

If you change the '63' in these codes to '00' it will remove all your unused skill points. Don't see what use this will be though...

Also you can get rid of the first and third lines of these codes and not have to press select to get the skill points
