perk up patty
I am doing the wi-fi quest but i can't perk patty up I found who Phoebe was and she died in Btasueg but it's not enough help me

O yea i am doing this quest as I type this.
*SPOILER*
In order to see her, REST in the inn so it will become night time. Then go to the platform in the center of Batsureg and look for a ghost of a worrior woman. Thats Phoebe. After you talk to her, she will ask you to go to her grave on Khlaag coast. WARNING: do NOT use zoom or starflight express, if you do, she will go back to Batsureg and you will have to talk to her again. You MUST use your boat for this part. That is how far I have gotten so far, Ill tell you the rest when I finish the quest.

Ok I just finished so here is the final part of the quest:
*Spoiler*
Khlaag Coast is the beach area above the Gittish Empire that is only accesible by boat (and the Starflight Express, but again you should not use the express now). When you get there, go to the area between south-east and south-mid of Khlaag Coast and you should find the grave (if you cant find it, look on your top screen map for a tiny sqaure, that is where the grave is.) Go up to the grave and press A for a short cut scene, in which you will get Patty's adventuring necklace. After this cutscene, you are free to use zoom or the Starflight anytime you want again. Just give Patty the necklace and after a cut scene, she will become eligible to join your party. I am not sure if her vocation varies with each game, but in my game she i a lvl 28 Theif, which I found funny cause so works for an Inn, but either way after that it's quest complete! Hope this helped!

Patty always is a level 28 thief. Also she start out with approximately 68 skill points and the lucky pendant,which usually made by combining a reckless necklace with saint ashes.Guest answered:
Really?patty is a lvl 97 thief when I got her.
