I don't want to ruin it, there is a spoiler in here. I will tell you how to get it and when I am telling you. You can buy chronocrystals post-game, for 50k a piece. Here is the ***SPOILER***. If you talk to Jona post game, there is a quest. It leads to a second battle with the real sea god, and he gives you a Fygg. If you eat it, you can see Sterling and Stella again. You can then control the Starlight Express, that's how you get up the impossible cliffs ***END SPOILER*** The shop is just West of the Lonely Coast.

what dose postgame mean???

"postgame" means after you have completed the storyline and beaten the last boss. After you watch the credits you can continue your adventure, and there is a lot to do! (If you can connect your Nintendo DS to the internet you can download a new quest every Friday!)

You can also get a Chronocrystal in the Tower of Nod on the sixth floor.

Guest answered:

How do you get up the cliff west of the Lonely Coast to get to the shop, though?

How do I get to the lonley coast?

Guest answered:

How do ya get to the tower of nod?

Guest answered:

You can get up those impossible cliffs after you beat the game and do the quest that Jona gives to you in her house. Not saying anything else ot prevent spoilers.

Guest answered:

GREAT BIG SPOILER!!!!
The quest is that if you equip a flowing dress, silver shield and watermaul wand(first 2 are okay, but the wand is rubbish, even though it is meant for aquatic creatures. You can alchemise all three and should have their recipes by the post game.),then meet Jona on Cuddiedig Cliff and talk to her, you will fight a more powerful Lleviathan who, once defeated, will give you a fygg. Upon eating it, you are able to see Sterling and Stella again, and are given the starflight express by Sterling. It is just like a boat but with no monsters, and you can disembark anywhere - anywhere except mountain ranges and the sea. You can also get to Slime Hill (halo above the name)via Starflight Express.

Guest answered:

You get to the tower of nod via Starflight Express after you beat Corvusand the Lleviathan(the real deal, not the dad). It is above Coffinwell.

Guest answered:

Chronocrystals can be found if you use the Starflight express to get to the cliff at the Lonely Coast [next to Lonely Plains] then when you are on the cliff there is a guy in the cave that sells them for 50k a Chronocrystal.
