You can't get them they are only for maximum

you can use them only if you control the client player in two player mode with both systems having this action replay ds code enabled:220D5150 00000003 on the client's team choose ss goku cell and broly. all three will go CRAZY when the fight starts!!! have fun spamming!!!!!
