Sometimes it does that because another animal needs care and it needs care really badly. It can tell you thst you've failed because it's health is critical at the end. Hope this helps.
Guys, i have the answer to your problem. When it says care for the animals clear all the trash out of all the pools and treat one penguin. then everything will be o.k when u try.
no need to panik i am an expert its just al animals need to bee feeded and cleend
that happened to me to and I just to care of all the animals and lastly the rays
