I need to know how to beat level 23. I just can't figure it out! Please help! :(

1:Cut the first rock-rope, then the second. 2:On the bottom left there's a third rock-rope to cut. 3:Then cut the under water wood-block near center stage.(it will float) 4:Back to step 2. There are another two underwater blocks that need to float to the top North-East of it. 5:Just above the long bridge you now made, finish it with the hanging block over the slope. 6:After the down stairs, (half screen, near the flame) cut free the two stacked blocks on one line to fill a gap. 7:Now cut the bottom left portion of log off the left wall under the flame. 8:Release the right side hanging block over the flame. 9:You should now have one Saw item left unused. Pess PLAY. "Neither an Angel nor a Devil will I be."

But I still have a problem I tried #8 but it won't work. I am also confused with #7 do you mean to cut the block in the water? #8 still won't work theres still a space that wont fill.
