You can either give dewberry and orange seed and wait for it to grow or wait for a fairy to give you one. Augustus might sell oranges or the dart board will occasionally have them. To get seeds either press the purple flower behind tinker house or play rossettas mini game because she gives you seeds afterwards. That's all I know.
If you give an orange seed to the fruit fairy (Dewberry) there’s a high chance she’ll grow oranges for you
