Question for Dinosaur King

I'm playing as Rex and I've already gotten and used the first code to the Stone Circle from the dude in the D-Lab. Now that I've gotten Ace, I've tried asking around to see if any other character can tell me the code for other special dinos like Spiny or Tank, but nobody else will give me a code. The dude I got the code from in the first place only repeats the same code over and over and over... Where do I get the other codes? Am I supposed to reach a certain point in the game first?
