Is there any way or cheat that I can use to get expert on all levels so I can unlock the sushi restaurant levels?

I have been playing for the last 6-7 months and have not found any cheats. I was able to get expert level by seating all of the guest the same time and taking orders of everyone at the same time and then clicking everyone to give their ticket THEN go back and clear the tables all at the same time (or one after the other). This will get you the extra 40 points and the points created by the chain. I hope this helps.
One more thing if you get at least 4 or 5 expert levels in any of the resturants it will open up the sushi resturant, but it will only open up a few levels at a time, when you get more expert levels at the other resturants more levels will open up at the sushi resturant, I hope that makes sense. I think their are 20 levels at the sushi resturant
