I will start at the very beginning, at the In-Training level, and continue listing all requirements to digivolve.
1. In-Training: Poyomon - Lvl 11, 100 Aquan Exp
2. Rookie: Gomamon - Lvl 21, 70% Friendship
3. Champion: Ikkakumon - Lvl 32, 160 Attack, 4100 Aquan Exp
4. Ultimate: Zudomon - Lvl 50, 230 Defense and Spirit
5. Mega: Vikemon - Congradulations!
That's for the main-line. Now you can also DNA Digivolve, I will list the requirements, then the Digimon needed. The first on I list is the base Digimon, I think.
1. Lvl 45, 250 Defense and Spirit
A. Whamon with a WereGarurumon
B. Divermon with a Shakkoumon
If you don't wish to digivolve, you can also find him at Access Glacier, after the completion of 'The Combat Game', which is a machine-type quest, that becomes available after you complete the 'Search the Digiarea' quest - a storyline quest that becomes available after clearing at least 12 species quests.
