Go to your tamer home, then go to your Digifarm PC. Once you have started the PC, thier will be 2 choices: "Farm Island" and "Digimon List". Click "Digimon List" and you will find all the digimon you have converted.

(extra info::: Once you have clicked the wanted digimon, click "R1" or "L1" to move that digimon to where it is wanted.)
