I have tapirmon in my farm , but I can not have about his request , could anybody help me

For digifarm quests, the digimon must meet certain requirements. For instance, it can't just be any Tapirmon, it has to usually have a certain personality such as "Cool" or "Prissy". So the problem might be its personality.
