On dusk you can't so you eathier have to get a friend and trade only if he has dawn or justask him or her to make a digiegg and give it to you.
I think there is a place (TaskCanyon) which is obtainable by a digifarm quest. I believe Guilmon would be found there. But as for the quest, you'd have to look up the list. (there is one, too :D)
ive heard you get in task canyon but the only thing is its a dawn exclusive so you either have to trade or create a digiegg....
Try getting a BlackWarGrowlmon and degenerating. It's in dark abyss after the quest.
You can obtain Guilmon by obtaining Can
Nondramon and Degenerate until degenerated to Guilmon.
To obtain a quilmon is by creating a egg or trading but if you go down the line of degenerating you will still need his scan
