Patamon's digivolution line looks like this

To become Patamon, Tokomon must be level 5+.
To become Angemon, Patamon must be level 13+ and have 30+ Holy experience.
To become MagnaAngemon, Angemon must be level 25+ and have 800+ Holy experience.
To become Seraphimon, MagnaAngemon must be level 45+.

The best place to get Holy experience is at Sky Palace.
