Question for Digimon World DS

How do I activate the wifi connection, I already asked gatomon and kudamon but I'm still confused

At the title screen go to "Wifi settings" then "wifi connection settings.
After that, "Nintendo Wi-Fi connection settings" and the rest is in the wifi manual.

why it still doesn't work??
it always said "error code 50099"..?
I don't understand..
