Get a Koromon from the very first dungeon I forgot what it's name is I think it's forest something but if you get him he'll digivolve into agumon at level 9.

You can get starmon at sheer valley and superstarmon at junk factory they both degenerate into koromon but they are hard to find people always mention them and dotagumon but you can also get blackwargreymon at core field, since it's the last place you go to before fighting the final boss of the main story everyone forgets about him but if you want to get koromon without getting him as a starter or with a cheat code then blackwargreymon is the best way since he is not a rare digimon, you won't fight him in every encounter but it's easier then finding starmon and superstarmon also there's alot more to do after the main story so he doesn't feel useless just be sure to do alot of training because the new enemies you will fight after the main story are really strong.
