What does 10-Str mean? I can't digivolve my Terriermon for some reason.

It means that you need to have the stress level below 10. Use chocolate to lower stress, or just pass time in the Digi-Farm. 
I've done this myself. Hope you can dgivolve your Digimon ASAP! :D
