Question for Digimon World DS

I am struggling quite a lot at the minute and I have lots of questions.
1)I have a Peckmon but I can't digivolve it in to Yakataramon because it's level limit is not high enough. How do I raise it's limit level.
2) Does anyone have any tips for defeating the observers in Gold Tamer Rank?
3) When are you allowed into the place blocked by Leomon?
4) I need to do this quest given to me by Wizardmon about collecting Raremon data but I can't do this because the virus has attacked and the only place I can go is Sky Palace.Is there any way to deal with this?
5) I need more tamer points but I'm not sure how to get more. Does anyone know how?
6) This is my final question. I really want to get the data for Myotismon which is found in Chrome Mine. I'm not sure why I want it but I just do. Does anyone know how to make them appear more frequently and also what moves he knows and what his digivolution route.

1)degenrate it
2)train your digimon so they have good hp and defense
3)when your platnum tranier
4)get rid of viruis then do quest
5)beat quests or level your digimon up
6) no clue
