Well I want a Gabumon to get a Omnimon ?
How do I get one ?

beat chronomon DM and get the 7 demon lords quest. Then get to the last boss at the destroyed belt get enough scan data for a darkdramon and degenerate it.
or you can trade with some one (my sister)*cough*

This question is old but I can answer. In the Data Forest, there some wild Gabumon but they are rare. You can also have one if you selected Tsunomon as your first Digimon.

you don't need gabumon to get omnimon. you need metalgreymon to digivolve into omnimon you need to have met or battled an omnimon before.

Well then where can someone talk to an omnimon if you don't have wifi?

I don't really know, but what I;ve heard is that you can get a Darkdramon at Destroyed Belt and degenerate it to Tsunomon.. Or even you can pick tsunomon as your starter/Have another set of Digimon World DS and pick Tsunomon and trade it with your main game.. Welcome.
